Yes. We are very experienced in providing support with draft applications and have an impressive track record in this area. Please see our 'Support' page, call or email.
This is our term for working with you to give you a clearer picture on where your organisation is at a point in time with regard to the effectiveness of your employer engagement and your readiness for a TQS application. Typically, we would analyse documentation, come onsite to work with you and your colleagues, speak with a sample of employer customers, summarise our findings and work with you on an action plan. Please see the 'Support' page for further information.
The cost of support will vary for each Provider, based on what you want and need. We would expect you to have had discussions with your local development agencies, employer partners and so on. We are happy to have a preliminary discussion with you (at no obligation) and to provide a cost estimate based on that discussion.
Absolutely. Our support has been developed with large and small organisations in mind, and for Providers of all types. It is not a problem if you have not undertaken Action for Business Colleges or similar, nor is it a problem if you are not a college.
We understand the pressures on staff at all levels in training organisations. That is why we have created and delivered flexible support programmes that combine face-to-face activities (such as health checks) with electronic research (such as initial application checks) and telephone and email mentoring.
There may be some national, funded support available and you should investigate this. The validating organisation will support you in understanding the TQS once you begin the application process. There are also various independent consultants and small organisations offering support with the TQS (although some of these may not be quality assured). We are happy to adapt bespoke provision to reflect and to complement other development activity you may have undertaken.
